Since July 2026 I’ve been an AI Automation Engineer at Kyriba, the treasury and payments SaaS with 3,000+ enterprise customers. From Apr 2021 to Jun 2026 I was an account manager at Circlewise, an affiliate network; it has kept me on as its automation consultant since.

Point of view
4 things I hold to.
- Hours saved is not value. Before building, write down 3 things: today’s number, the number it should move, and who signs for it.
- Draft, rate, fix weekly, then send. Ship a drafter before an agent: a person rates and fixes its drafts every week, and only then does anything send.
- The platform team doesn’t build the automations. It owns the guardrails and teaches the people who know the process: a point from day 1 of n8n In The Loop.
- Capacity, not replacement. Never “replace your team”. Show the cost maths, failures included.

I wrote the 14-slide business case for 7 seats: what admins can and cannot see, data-processor terms, cost per seat, 4 shared Projects to start. Then I set it up for all 7 people, with onboarding for each.
